Refund policy

1The policy

Any purchase, whether a project unlock or a Woodprint Pro subscription, is refundable in full for fourteen days from the date of purchase. No questions asked, no forms; a mis-measured room or a change of plans is reason enough.

2How to ask

Email support@woodprint.app from the address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

3Until then

Payments open at launch. Until then, everything is free.
